Iris Chen

Iris Chen is a Senior Associate at Bridge Ventures, where she focuses on early-stage venture capital investments with a particular emphasison artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. She leads the firm's deal sourcing and pipeline development efforts, builds relationships across institutional investors, accelerators, and the founder community, and drives the end-to-end investment process from initial screening through portfolio management.

Prior to Bridge Ventures, Iris was a Senior Analyst at Aurum Venture Partners, where she focused exclusively on AI and data center investments. Her work included financial modeling, due diligence, and investment execution. Earlier in her career, she gained M&A experience at Adept Urban and ZT Corporate.

Iris holds an M.S. in Finance from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, she is passionate about staying at the frontier of AI, and enjoys traveling and dancing.
